Inside the Design: Halogen, Quartz, Coating, and a Connector That Just Works
At the heart of it is a carbon fiber halogen element, sealed inside a quartz envelope. The halogen chemistry helps keep the filament stable, so the heat stays consistent over time. And quartz handles thermal shock without flinching, while staying clear enough to let the infrared energy through efficiently. We added a reflective coating on the tube to catch stray energy and bounce it back toward the target. That means less wasted heat and more of the energy actually doing the job.
