Here’s the thing: when you run a high-wattage lamp, your voltage has to be spot on. If it spikes, the filament can burn out way too fast and the quartz glass gets stressed. We calibrate everything so the heat stays steady from one end of the tube to the other. No “cold spots.” No weird patches on your garments. Just a clean, even cure every single time. The stuff you can’t see (but definitely feel) We use heavy-wall quartz glass because it can handle the shock of heating up and cooling down rapidly without cracking. Then there are the connectors—usually R7s or SK15. They aren’t just a random choice. We make sure they fit tight. If a connection is loose, you get resistance. That creates heat right at the socket, which is the last place you want it. It can melt your housing or fry your wiring. Not a great day at the shop.
